How can I cite a judgment of CLC? Give me an example.

The citation of each judgment contains the following contents-

  • Year of decision
  • CLC volume number
  • Abbreviated title of CLC (including HCD/AD)
  • Database serial/identification number under square bracket i.e. []. 

For instance, the citation for the judgment of Anwar Hossain Chowdhury Vs. Bangladesh delivered by Appellate Division is: 1989, 18 CLC (AD) [1895]
