| Details | A solenama is a popular legal terminology in Bangladesh, highly used to denote a compromise degree. Solenama which does not show the creation of sub-tenancy or granting of sub-lease of lands but it records the recognition of the existence of such tenancy from a date of distant past – such solenama cannot be hit by the provisions of sections 9 and 75 of the SAT Act, 1950.
