| Details | "enemy property" and "enemy firms" shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in the Defence of Pakistan Rules continued in force by the said Ordinance. [See, explanation (ii) to section 3 (1) (b), the Enemy Property (Continuance of Emergency Provisions) (Repeal), 1974 (Act No. XLV of 1974)] [Repealed by Act No. XVI of 2001]. |
