Details | An agreement by which the cultivator engages to pay the landlord half the produce, the latter providing half the seed and paying the whole revenue. (Wilson’s Glossary) “barga Contract” means the contract under which any land is cultivated by a person as a bargadar. [Section 2(b) of the Land Reforms Ordinance, 1984.] |
