Details

"Goods" means every kind of moveable property other than actionable claims and money; and includes electricity, water, gas, stock and shares, growing crops, grass, and things attached to or forming part of the land which are agreed to be severed before sale or under the contract of sale.

"Goods" means anything which is the subject of trade or manufacture.

"Goods" includes inanimate things of every kind.

"Goods" includes wares, merchandise and container of every description.

"Goods" means all movable goods and includes—

(i) conveyances,

(ii) stores and materials,

(iii) baggage,

(iv) currency and negotiable instruments,
