Details

“land" means land which is cultivated, uncultivated or covered with water at any time of the year, and includes benefits to arise out of land, houses or buildings and also things attached to the earth, or permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth.

Not withstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument or in any judgment or decree or order of any Court, the definition of "land" in clause (16) includes and shall be deemed always to have included all fisheries, several or territorial.

The expression "land" includes benefits to arise out of land, and things attached to the earth or permanently fastened to any thing attached to the earth.

"Land" includes land covered with water at any time of the year, benefits arising out of land and things attached to the earth or permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth.

"Lands" means land which is cultivated, un-cultivated or covered with water at any time of the year, rivers, khals, paths, roads, embankments, dams, dykes, and includes benefits to arise out of land, houses, buildings and also things attached to the earth, or permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth.

"Land" includes interests in land and benefits arising out of land, and things attached to the earth or permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth.
