Details

The word “admission” according to plain and natural meaning connotes a conscious act. It means the act of admitting someone.

Admission in law has a technical meaning not to be inferred from absence of any positive statement or infirmity in the narratives. Far less in case of written statements or objections as those are protected, as is done, by a protective clause containing the words, 'unless specifically admitted hereinafter every averment made by the plaintiff shall be deemed to have been denied.'
