| Details | Vakalatnama" is a document, by which the party filing the case authorizes the Advocate to handle it. It is the consent for a lawyer’s representation. When an Advocate accepts a vokalatnama on being satisfied of its due execution by his client, the Court has to accept it as genuine unless the contrary is proved.
