Details

A person shall be deemed to be a deserter if he without authority has been absent from duty for a period of sixty days and has not subsequently surrendered or been apprehended.

A person shall be deemed to be a deserter if he without authority has been absent from duty for a period of thirty days and has not subsequently surrendered or been apprehended.
