Details"District Court" includes the High Court Division in its ordinary original civil jurisdiction.

“District Court" has the meaning assigned to that expression in the 22Code of Civil Procedure, and includes a High Court Division in the exercise of its' ordinary original civil jurisdiction.

"District Court" means the principal Civil Court of original jurisdiction in any area.

"District Court" means the principal Civil Court of original jurisdiction in a district, but does not include the High Court Division, in the exercise of its ordinary civil jurisdiction.

"District Court" means the principal Civil Court having jurisdiction over a district.

[See section 2(11), the Bankruptcy Act, 1997 (Act No. X of 1997)].

"District Court" means, in the case of any petition under this Act, the Court of the District Judge within the local limits of whose ordinary jurisdiction, or of whose jurisdiction under this Act, the husband and wife reside or last resided together.
