| Details | The expression "covering" includes any stopper, cask, bottle, vessel, box, cover, capsule, case, frame or wrapper. [See section 5 (3), the Merchandise Marks Act, 1889 (Act No. IV of 1889)]. "Covering" includes any vessel, box, crate, wrapper, tray or other container. [See section 2 (c), the Agriculture Produce (Grading and Marking) Act, 1937 (Act No. I of 1937)]. |
