| Details | "Adult" means a person who has completed eighteen years of age.
[See, section 2 (b), the Factories Act, 1965 (East Pakistan Act No. IV of 1965)]. [Now stands repealed] "Adult" and "minor" mean respectively a person who is not and a person who is under the age of fifteen years. [See, section 2(a), the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923(Act No. VIII of 1923). [Now stands repealed]
"Adult" means a person who is not a child.
