| Details | "enemy" includes all armed mutineers, armed rebels, armed rioters, pirates and any person in arms against whom it is the duty of any person subject to this Act to act. [See, section 8 (8), the Army Act, 1952 (Act No. XXXIX of 1952)]. "enemy" means any State at war with Bangladesh. [See, section 2 (a), the Enemy Agents' Ordinance, 1943 (Ordinance No. 1 of 1943)]. |
