| Details | "evacuee property" means any immovable property of which an evacuee is an owner. [See, Article 2 (d), the Restoration of Evacuee Property Order, 1972 (President’s Order No. 13 of 1972)]. "evacuee property" means any immovable property lying in East Bengal in which an evacuee has any right or interest, other than any property under the management of the Court of Wards under the Court of Wards Act, 1879. [See, section 2 (d), the Evacuees (Administration of Immovable Property) Act, 1951 (East Bengal Act No. XXIV of 1951). [Repealed by Act No. XLVI of 1974] |
