| Details | "Government Grants" shall include a grant (including a transfer of land or of any interest therein or a payment of any money) made by or on behalf of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and before the 26th day of March, 1971, by or on behalf of any Government that functioned within the territories now comprised in Bangladesh. [See, section 3(21c), the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act No. X of 1897)]. |
